The Tourism Information Center is located just outside the gates of Frontier Village, at 404 Louis L'Amour Lane, accessible from I-94 Exit 258. Inside, you'll always find free buffalo pins and brochures for the taking as well as employees who love to chat with everyone about Jamestown, North Dakota, and traveling in general. Stop in and see us when you're in town! We would love to meet you and tell you even more about what our city has to offer.
About Nina, Executive Director
Nina has worked in the tourism industry for more than 11 years. She came to Jamestown after serving as the President of the West Fargo Chamber of Commerce for seven years. She has served as the Executive Director for the Buffalo City Tourism Foundation since 2004. Securing a grant to refurbish the World’s Largest Buffalo from the Hampton Inn, leading the board and volunteers to earn the State Chamber of Commerce Tourism and Recreation Award in 2007 and establishing the foundation office from the ground up in Jamestown mark her professional career to date. She is the proud parent of two, grandparent of six and great grandparent of one.
About Cassie, Administrative Assistant
The smiling face that greets you when you walk into the Tourism Information Center will likely belong to Cassie. She was born and raised in North Dakota and has lived in New Town, Bottineau, Dickinson, Fargo, Grand Forks, and Jamestown. Cassie loves being one of the Jamestown's representatives to visitors. She graduated from Minnesota State University, Moorhead, with a degree in Graphic Communications, and has been with Buffalo City Tourism since 2010. Prior to her position here, she worked on the North Dakota Studies program helping to produce North Dakota Studies matierials for 4th grade, 8th grade and high school.
